Because Cdsplumb provides digital planning credits only, there are no physical returns. This page explains how we handle credit issues.

No physical returns
Nothing is physically shipped, so there is nothing to return by mail. All products are digital sink care planning credits priced in USD.
Credit issues
If a technical fault prevented credits from being delivered, or you were charged in error, we will review the issue. See our Refund Policy for eligibility once payments are enabled.
Current status
No payment provider is connected and checkout is a placeholder, so no live purchases or returns are processed at this time.
