Cdsplumb is a digital planning tool. This page explains why there is no physical shipping.

No physical shipment
We sell digital sink care planning credits only. There are no physical goods, and nothing is mailed, couriered, or otherwise shipped.
Digital delivery
Once payments are enabled, credits will be made available to your account digitally. Plans are generated in your browser and shown on screen.
No service dispatch
Buying credits does not dispatch a technician or any service. We do not provide plumbing, disposal repair, electrical, sanitation, pest control, emergency, or contractor service.
